Jeff was nothing but kind and professional. He got to us as soon as he possibly could to help us with our situation. I would recommend him to anyone. He was courteous and even waited for us (2 women) to leave the parking lot before leaving himself. It was 11 o'clock at night.

Jeff came out himself to fix my issue. I called around to 15 different places only to be told either they couldn't get to it or that they would call me back with pricing and availability. Jeff was the ONLY one that kept to his timeline AND delivered. This was NOT an easy job, yet he stayed until I was 100% satisfied. As a member of the service, I respect a person that will follow through with what they say. Lee Lock & Key is my go-to folks for all things involving a lock. If absolutely, positively, and most definitely MUST be opened....well, Jeff's the man to do it. Thank you brother, for all of your help!
